If you enter a competition, Leek Radio CIC will assume that you have read and that you agree to these terms and conditions.
To enter a competition you will need to follow the rules of that specific competition which will be found below alongside any specific terms for that competition.
To enter the competition you must be:

Over the age of 18 at the date of the competition

Be a UK resident

Not be a Member, Employee, or Volunteer of Leek Radio CIC or their immediate family.

Have completed the required entry requirements for the specific competition.
Competitions are non purchase however you may incur a charge of your standard network rates if sending an SMS message.
Sending an email or text is not proof of us receiving your entry. Leek Radio CIC holds no responsibility for any lost entries.
Only one entry is accepted per person additional entries will not be taken into account.
Winners will be drawn at random from applicable entrants.
Winners can be contacted by various means, if it's a Social Media Competition, you may be contacted there first.
Will will then contact you by telephone or for on-air competitions telephone will usually be the first contact.
All calls between Leek Radio CIC & Winners are recorded and can potentially be used for promotional reasons.
Winners may also need to participate in promotional activities.
The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable to any other person other than the one who is designated the winner. No monetary alternative is available for any prize nor is an alternative prize available.
Competition closing dates / times will be specified by Leek Radio CIC and can be altered at any time by management
